Summary: Nice hotel, good amenities. Airport shuttle very reliable. Excellent breakfast. Rooms need a refresh - older furniture with some wear and tear - but overall a nice room.

Summary: Restaurant I give them 5 service good food just the way we order and very good service. Bar lady has attitude not so friendly . They couldah inform us before we pay and reserve for that day that WATER WOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR THE WHOLE BUILDING ON THAT DAY. But it was too late we check in and note on that night was posted. Front desk Lamar wasn’t very nice at all.

Summary: The staff were very rude. My hotel room was dirty as there was hair all over the bathroom. I asked for a blanket and was rudely told I had to come down and get it myself. Every hotel I’ve been to, someone was able to bring it up. I understand if I had to go down and get it, but the rudeness of the staff who told me was the issue

Summary: Besides the freak working the front desk (Kelly) who thought he was a girl. Besides that upon check in the place is ok but for the price I’d expect the tops of the door Frames in the room to not be caked in dust. Bar restaurant was delicious and breakfast was also delicious.

Summary: It was close to the mall and decent restaurants, the hotel ran out of hot water and the room air conditioner was broken and it got extremely hot in the rooms
